The 31st Annual Jingle Bell Fun Run is moving under the lights at Stephen C. Beachy Central Park on Friday, Dec. 3 at 6 p.m. The one-mile, untimed race kicks off the Christmas in the Park event weekend. The fun run starts at 6 p.m. at the hayride line near the tennis courts. Part of the run will be on an unpaved surface.
The entry fee is $15 and includes a shirt and jingle bells if you register by Nov. 14. The cost is $20 during the Nov. 15-28 late registration period. Jingle bells are included, but you aren’t guaranteed a shirt. Participants three years old and under are free.
No parking is available in the park on the event day. Shuttles run from 5-11 p.m. from the Post Oak Mall parking lot (JCPenney side). Dogs are not allowed.
Packet pick-up is 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Dec. 1 and 8 a.m.-6 p.m. on Dec. 2 at the Stephen C. Beachy Central Park Office at 1000 Krenek Tap Road.
